Doctrino Systems has the right to terminate service or refuse access to anyone who violates the Terms and Conditions stated below without warning or prior notice.

Doctrino Systems shall not be used in conjunction with any criminal or civil violation of any applicable local, state, provincial, federal, national or international law, treaty, court order, ordinance, regulation or administrative rule.

Doctrino Systems has a no-censorship policy. Doctrino Systems cannot and does not screen, edit, or censor content provided by users of the Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Doctrino Systems reserves the right to monitor content on the Service and to remove content which Doctrino Systems, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

You are solely and fully responsible for the content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit over the Internet.

Doctrino Systems is not liable for protection or privacy of electronic mail or other information transferred through the Internet. You must protect important and private information and safeguard your account passwords to prevent unauthorized access.

Doctrino Systems does not tolerate SPAM (unsolicited or junk email). Harassment through language, frequency or size of message is prohibited.

Doctrino Systems does not allow anyone or other network's connections to consume excessive resources from our systems. Compromising our systems in any way will result in immediate termination of contract and may be subject to additional legal actions.

Doctrino Systems shall not be used to host, post, transmit, or re-transmit any content or material that is threatening, harassing, obscene, indecent, pornographic, hateful, malicious, racist, defamatory, libelous, treasonous, excessively violent or promotes the use of violence, or provides instruction or assistance in causing or carrying out violence against any government, organization, group or individual, or provides guidance, information or assistance with respect to causing damage or security breaches to Doctrino Systems or any other IP related services.
